About Look@

Look@ is a Croatian startup that developed the world’s first Solar Selfie Sculpture – an innovative piece of urban smart furniture that helps tourists capture the best photo souvenir of their trip and step into augmented reality.

Our solar-powered sculptures, already installed in multiple countries, combine AI, AR, and cloud technologies to offer visitors an unforgettable experience – taking a photo next to their favorite characters, historical figures, or sports idols with just one QR code scan.

We are now building the next digital layer of our ecosystem – a web application and e-commerce platform built in Blazor, allowing users to turn their photos into personalized souvenirs such as printed photos, magnets, and custom-designed gifts.

About the position

As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Look@’s digital products — from our innovative piece of hardwares web UI to e-commerce platform to cloud-based systems that connect our devices, users, and partners.

You will design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and stability across our web ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test for web and API testing

• Implementing end-to-end testing across browsers and platforms using Playwright in .NET and TypeScript environments

• Ensuring continuous quality in CI/CD pipelines through integration with Azure DevOps

• Creating and managing test cases, bug reports, and documentation using tools like JIRA and Azure Boards

• Monitoring and improving testing processes, identifying gaps in coverage, and proposing efficient solutions

• Collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

• Supporting the development of Test Automation Frameworks within a continuous delivery/testing environment

Requirements and qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation, with a deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Proficiency in C#/.NET and/or TypeScript, with strong experience using automated testing tools such as Playwright and REST Assured

• Solid knowledge of the Azure DevOps ecosystem, including Pipelines, Repos, and containerization with Docker

• Expertise in Playwright for end-to-end testing across multiple browsers and platforms in .NET environments

• Ability to identify and resolve issues in testing processes, tools, or infrastructure — and to propose meaningful improvements

• Experience building Test Automation Frameworks using .NET technologies in continuous delivery/testing environments

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Bonus points

• Familiarity with Blazor-based web applications or cloud-integrated systems

• Experience in testing e-commerce or IoT-based solutions

• Passion for improving processes and delivering high-quality user experiences
