About Look@

Look@ is a Croatian startup that developed the world’s first Solar Selfie Sculpture – an innovative piece of urban smart furniture that helps tourists capture the best photo souvenir of their trip and step into augmented reality.

Our solar-powered sculptures, already installed in multiple countries, combine AI, AR, and cloud technologies to offer visitors an unforgettable experience – taking a photo next to their favorite characters, historical figures, or sports idols with just one QR code scan.

We are now building the next digital layer of our ecosystem – a web application and e-commerce platform where users can turn their photos into personalized souvenirs such as printed photos, magnets, and digital keepsakes.

About the position

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with an exceptional sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling — someone who can transform moments into unforgettable digital memories.

This role goes beyond traditional graphic design — you’ll be creating AR overlays, photo frames, and watermarks that become part of the user’s photo experience in both digital and physical form.

Your mission is to ensure that every Look@ photo taken around the world looks stunning, consistent with our brand, and evokes emotion.

Your responsibilities

• Design AR overlays, photo frames, and digital templates for user photos

• Create branding materials, marketing visuals, and social media assets

• Collaborate with our developers and product team to integrate graphics into the Look@ Web App

• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and devices

• Develop style guides and visual libraries for future projects

• Explore creative ways to elevate the photo-taking experience for users through design

• Stay up to date with trends in AR design, motion graphics, and visual identity

Requirements and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Artist (AR experience is a plus)

• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) or similar tools

• Experience designing photo filters, overlays, or visual templates

• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and user experience

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work on time

• Familiarity with AR or 3D design tools (e.g., Spark AR, Lens Studio, Unity, Blender) is a strong advantage

• Basic understanding of responsive and interactive design principles

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bonus points

• Experience in designing for mobile photo apps or AR environments

• Motion graphics or animation skills

• Interest in photography, art, or tourism industries
