1. How do I open Look@?
Scan the QR code on the sculpture.
The web app opens automatically.
You can also open it manually by going to getlookat.com, but only if you are connected to the Look@ WiFi (which opens when you scan the QR code).
2. Do I need to download an app?
No. Look@ works directly in your browser.
3. Why do I need to connect to Look@ WiFi?
So your phone can communicate directly with the Look@ sculpture.
4. Is this safe?
Yes. The connection is secure and local.
Your photo is encrypted and stored on our servers.
5. Why do I need to allow camera access?
It depends on the device:
Look@ Sculpture: you are streaming from the sculpture’s camera.
Look@ Box: the camera is your phone’s camera, so you must allow access.
6. Does Look@ record video or sound?
Currently, Look@ only captures photos.
Some versions support video recording, and more advanced recording features will be available in future versions.
7. Where is my photo stored?
Your photo is encrypted and securely stored on Look@ servers.
8. How do I get my photo?
Normally, your photo is sent to your email.
If the sculpture has no internet connection, you will be able to download the photo directly.
9. I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder.
You may have entered your email address incorrectly.
If needed, try entering your email again.
10. Can I retake the photo?
Yes, but if there is a queue, you will need to wait until the end of the line.
11. Why does the preview look low quality?
The preview is shown in lower resolution for speed.
You will receive the full quality photo in your email.
12. How do overlays work?
You can choose different overlays (frames, characters, effects).
Swipe left or right to change overlays.
13. How do I position myself correctly?
Use the live preview.
Move left or right until you fit perfectly into the overlay.
14. The overlay doesn’t fit me perfectly. What should I do?
Adjust your position using the preview until everything aligns.
15. How do I take the photo?
When you are aligned, press Start.
A countdown will begin and the photo will be taken automatically.
16. Can I change the language?
Yes. You can choose your language in the top right corner.
17. Does it work on all phones?
Yes, on most modern smartphones (iOS and Android).
Best experience: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
18. Does it cost anything?
It depends on the location.
Some Look@ installations are free, some are paid.
19. Can I use the photo on social media?
Yes. The photo is yours.
20. Who made Look@?
